Why is there discoloration or a strange smell on my shirt?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. That is completely normal. It comes from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it is not permanent.

Fixation agent (also called pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric. Without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The fix is simple: wash the garment once. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both will go away after one wash.

How long does delivery take?

We need 2-5 business days to produce your order. Once it ships, transit times depend on your location:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days after fulfillment, depending on your country. Please note that customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local customs authority.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Every product is made to order, created specifically for you when your order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at admin@artlinesdesign.com with photos of the issue and we will work to make it right.

Can I exchange my order after receiving it?

No. Because every product is made specifically for you when you order it, we do not carry inventory and cannot offer exchanges of any kind. Please double-check the size guides on the product pages before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email admin@artlinesdesign.com as quickly as possible. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

Can I request a car that is not in the store?

Absolutely. If you cannot find your car, reach out to us and we will do our best to draw it and add it to the store. We love expanding the collection and requests from the community are a big part of how we grow it.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
