How long does delivery take?
It takes 2-7 business days to print apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Once they're printed products will be shipped. 97% of products are shipped within 5 business days and more than half of products are shipped within 3 business days or less.

What is your refund policy?
Since our products are printed on demand we can't offer refunds at this stage. If your product is damaged when you receive it please contact us at admin@artlinesdesign.com as soon as possible including pictures of the damaged goods.
Can I exchange my order after receiving it?
Because of the huge selection of cars and products and sizes Artlines Design operates using print on demand. It would be impossible for me to have an inventory of every product which is why every order is made the moment you purchase it. Therefore unfortunately size or product exchanges are not possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It's possible you change your mind after placing an order. If this is the case, please contact us at admin@artlinesdesign.com as quickly as possible, when an order is fulfilled it cannot be canceled or changed.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe you can either click on the unsubscribe link in our e-mails or contact us at admin@artlinesdesign.com and include your full e-mail address and you will be taken out of our newsletter.
