Because our products are custom printed, on demand, we are only able to offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issues with your item(s), please email us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We encourage you to us a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so a tracking number or shipping insurance ensures your item is secure and covered.
Artlines Design is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. These fees vary by country and we are unable to calculate them in advance.
Requested items must be paid for before production begins.
