Production & Fulfillment Time
Every order is made to order. Once you place your order, our fulfillment partner begins production within 1-3 business days. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

The times below reflect shipping transit after your order has been fulfilled. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Every item is made to order, produced specifically for you when your order is placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us at admin@artlinesdesign.com with photos of the issue. We will work to make it right.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@artlinesdesign.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs and VAT
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are set by your local customs authority. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance.
