What is your refund policy?
Since our products are printed on demand we can't offer refunds at this stage. If your product is damaged when you receive it please contact us at admin@artlinesdesign.com as soon as possible including pictures of the damaged goods and we will work with our supplier to get you a new product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We encourage you to us a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so a tracking number or shipping insurance ensures your item is secure and covered.
Artlines Design is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. These fees vary by country and we are unable to calculate them in advance.
Can I exchange my order after receiving it?
Because of the huge selection of cars and products and sizes Artlines Design operates using print on demand. It would be impossible for me to have an inventory of every product which is why every order is made the moment you purchase it. Therefore unfortunately size or product exchanges are not possible.
